What is CAT 2022?

Common Admission Test Or Cat 2022 is a national level management aptitude test, that a candidate has to clear for admission to the MBA courses offered by 20 IIMs and over 1200 B-Schools in India. Over two lakh candidates apply for the CAT exam every year which is conducted in computer based mode for two hours. The CAT question paper comprises MCQs & non-MCQs from Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR) and Quantitative Ability (QA). Difficulty level of the exam is moderate to high. Apart from MBA programmers, the CAT score is valid for admission to Executive MBA, PhD and FPM programmes.

CAT 2022 Cut Off has been released by various IIMs. Result has ben declared on 3rd January 2022. Answer Key & Candidate’s Responses has been released on 8th December 2021. Common Admission Test (CAT) is a national level entrance examination conducted by the Indian Institute of Management (IIMs), Ahmadabad. CAT 2022 Answer Key

Authority has released the provisional answer key after few days from the day of examination. Candidates can access the CAT 2022 Answer Key through the website of exam conducting authority by online mode. Candidates have to use their CAT ID and Password to access their answer key. Along with the answer key authority has provide the objection facility for the answer key. The objection facility remains applicable for few days only. Candidates can raise objection by paying Rs. 1200/- per question. After the completion of objection facility authority will release the final answer key.

CAT 2022 Result

The exam conducting authority has released the result after the release of final answer key. The result has been declared on 3rd January 2022 through online mode only. Authority has released the result for every exam participated candidate. Authority does not send any result to any candidates individually by post or any other offline mode. Candidates have to access their result itself by login into the website of exam conducting authority.

CAT Cut Off 2022

The Cut Off rank will be the minimum marks candidates will have to score to be eligible for further admission procedure. Every IIMs will separately release the CAT 2022 Cut off Marks for admission in there offered programs through online mode.

CAT Eligibility Criteria 2022

The minimum eligibility criteria for CAT exam are graduation in any stream. Read below detailed CAT eligibility criteria:

  • Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree with minimum 50percent aggregate or equivalent CGPA (45 percent aggregate for SC, ST and PWD/DA category) from a recognized university to appear in CAT 2022.
  • Candidates who have completed a processional degree (CA/CS/ICWA/FCAI) with the required percentage can also appear for CAT.
  • Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor degree/equivalent qualification or awaiting the result are also eligible to apply for CAT 2022 exam.

CAT Registration 2022
