NEET 2026: Updated Strategy for the Final 90 Days

The last three months don't reward new content. They reward sharper revision, smarter mocks, and ruthless prioritization.

✍️ Dr. Anjali Verma 📅 16 Apr 2026 📁 Exam Prep

If you're 90 days out from NEET, stop hunting for new resources. The job now is to consolidate.

Weeks 1–4: Active Revision

Go through every chapter once with a notebook. Don't re-read — recall. If you can't explain a concept in two minutes without notes, you don't know it well enough.

Weeks 5–8: Mock Marathon

Full-length mocks every other day. The goal isn't the score — it's pattern recognition and time management. Analyze every wrong answer; the analysis matters more than the test.

Weeks 9–12: Sharpen and Sleep

Cut new material entirely. Revisit your error log, redo the questions you got wrong, and protect your sleep. A well-rested brain on exam day is worth 30+ marks.

What Not to Do

  • Don't switch coaching modules now.
  • Don't compare yourself to that one Telegram-rank classmate.
  • Don't pull all-nighters in the last week.

You've put in the years. The last 90 days are about execution, not invention.
